Had the best experience this morning and said yes to the dress! Jools was so lovely and professional and made me feel very comfortable, very reassured I was in good hands and gave great advise for alterations to be made etc. Would definitely recommend!

After being to quite a few places before hand and feeling out of luck, there came Jooles! What a sigh of relief after meeting her, knowing we could change and alter any little detail, she spent so much time with us trying on different styles with the added detail of accessories and of course all the alterations that could be done, highly recommend, we had a lovely experience and Jools is a talented lovely women! Excellent customer service, being curvier and a mature lady, I was very anxious, but was immediately put at ease. Great knowledge and selection and you can have a custom dress. Beautiful dresses and excellent service.

I almost gave up hope after trying on so many dresses today, but honestly, my experience here was fantastic! I was at the point of giving up when out came a dress and some additional fabric to create the dress I have been after! Jools was amazing at bringing my dream dress to life and really working with me to make it perfect! A custom dress was the way forward and I cannot wait for the final dress to be ready and the dream become a reality.
